Dunsborough fire has already destroyed 200 acres of land thus far and is still trying to be maintained. Firefighters will be on the scene for several days.
Dunsborough Fire Still Out of Control
An out-of-control bushfire has already destroyed a large amount of land thus far. Officials are warning anyone in the surrounding areas to get out of the area as soon as they can. Waiting too long or thinking you’re safe is too dangerous at this time.
According to thewest.com, the fire is moving south-westerly and is out of control as well as unpredictable. Burning embers are likely to blow over to neighboring properties. This should expedite the fire traveling and is therefore unpredictable. Residents who are not home shouldn’t risk coming back to their property soon.
Many of the Eagle Bay holiday makers’ visits were cut short when the fire Dunsborough broke out. Messages were received in the early hours of the morning at around 2 am to evacuate the premises. Putting an end to what would be a getaway and tourist spot for many.
