Katie Price has made a successful career out of modeling. But the star is now sharing some of her life’s struggles as she documents life with her family. As family matters aren’t always easy, Katie Price and her mother sat down and had a heart-to-heart.

Katie Price opens up about her car crash

In September last year, Katie Price was involved in an almost detrimental car crash after driving under the influence. Paramedics that arrived on the scene were surprised that Katie had actually survived the car crash.

As a result, Katie Price had completely totaled her BMW X5. In her new hour-long documentary, Katie and her mother talk about how her actions could have affected her son Harvey.

‘Everyone’s had to step up and help protect you now. Imagine if something had happened in that accident. How do you think Harvey would have coped?’

Katie’s son Harvey was born with some disabilities which include partial blindness, ADHD, and Prada-Willi Syndrome which causes one to have an excessive appetite. The documentary shows Katie Price packing her son’s clothes as he prepares to leave for college as reported by Daily Mail.

While Harvey had been studying for two years, this would be the first time he would be leaving his home. That is, for an extended time. Katie was visibly struggling with letting her son go but agreed that he would benefit from the experience as well as learn independence skills.

On the other hand, Katie’s mother also has a terminal illness with which she was diagnosed in 2017. Her mother, Amy, is currently dealing with Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis which is an illness that scars the lungs and makes it difficult to breathe. Katie has also gone as far as wanting to donate one of her lungs to her mother.
