KUROBUTA was founded by Australian chef Scott Hallsworth. It is a no nonsense, rock n roll style Japanese izakaya. We serve small plates of Japanese inspired dishes, fresh, zesty cocktails, killer sake and new world wines.
We are looking for outgoing types, crazy about hospitality. Kurobuta will not only be a cool place to hang out but a cool place to work too! You will need to be ready to help out your co-workers, muck-in and learn new things, go the extra mile and remember that having fun whilst you work sets the scene for your guests.
