Australian-based outsourcing company Acquire BPO recently launched Acquire.AI, following the opening of their U.S. headquarters in Irving, Texas, in late 2023, as the company focuses on expanding and strengthening its international presence.

Acquire BPO’s Ascension in the Outsourcing Business

Headquartered in Melbourne, Acquire BPO was founded in 2005 and is led by CEO and founding director Scott Stavretis, an entrepreneur with an impressive string of business successes. Over time, the company has expanded its geographic footprint with offices in the United States and delivery centres in the Philippines and the Dominican Republic, with more than 9,500 employees performing functions including customer service, tech support, sales efforts, marketing, back office activities, and software development.

Making a Dent in the AI Market

Earlier this year, the outsourcing giant launched a new arm entering the burgeoning AI market, Acquire.AI. This consulting service is geared towards helping companies navigate the complexities and challenges of implementing AI.

AI is a continually changing field. Implementing and keeping up with AI-related solutions often proves challenging and complex.

Acquire BPO believes this move will prove vital in helping businesses utilize AI to improve the way business is conducted, increase their bottom line, and enhance the overall experience of customers or clients.

“We’re thrilled to introduce Acquire.AI services that empower businesses regardless of their stage in the AI journey to deliver transformational value,” said Stavretis. “Aligned with our company’s strategic vision, Acquire.AI underscores our commitment to innovation, enabling businesses to leverage AI for a competitive edge.”

Acquire.AI says its consulting approach is designed to meet the unique needs and expectations of each client, and the team’s extensive experience allows them to support diverse industries, including finance, healthcare, logistics, and energy.

“We anticipate that this will make a substantial impact on businesses striving to unlock the full potential of AI, positioning Acquire.AI as a key catalyst in their journey to success,” Stavretis added.

Diving Deep in the Heart of Texas

Acquire BPO opened its U.S. headquarters in Irving, Texas, in late 2023. Stavretis stresses that the opening of their U.S. office highlights the entity’s continued commitment to expanding its influence and turning the company into a global force in the outsourcing market. The office will support the creation of 130 new jobs in the near future.

“The launch of our U.S. headquarters marks a new chapter in our story – one where we redefine the standards of service and efficiency in the BPO sector,” said Stavretis. “The Irving site embodies our core values of transparency, collaboration, passion, and impact. With this launch, Acquire BPO is not just opening a new office; we are unlocking new opportunities to better serve our clients and contribute significantly to the industry’s evolution.”

As Acquire BPO expands with the launch of its U.S. headquarters, the company is continuing to make its mark in the BPO industry. The addition of AI consulting services will no doubt further accelerate its growth as businesses turn to AI and outsourcing to remain competitive in the evolving global economy.
