Drake has been teasing a new project to his fans for months. So far, the cryptic Taylor Swift post made fans think that there is an upcoming feature in the works. However, this was not the case.

Honestly, Nevermind has fans divided

On Thursday, Drake announced that he will be releasing his second album this year. Quite frankly, fans were not prepared to hear his new music let alone a new experiment on his typical taste.

As of late, fans of Drake are happy that the rapper is blessing them with another album after Certified Loverboy. But, if you expected this one to be anything like his previous work, you will either be very disappointed or pleasantly surprised.

According to Vulture, Drake’s new album titled Honestly, Nevermind takes on a different style compared to Certified Loverboy. Right now, the new album has more house music on than you would expect.

Thus far, 2022 has gotten a few surprises where music is concerned. As Kendrick Lamar made the big announcement that he will be retiring from Top Dawg Entertainment.

While that was sad news, fans were ecstatic to learn about what Kendrick has been up to these past few years. To be frank, the rapper delivered what his audience has been waiting for.

However, when it some to Drake, fans were a bit divided on his new sound and even blamed it on Jack Harlow. Expressing that the rapper should stop hanging out with him as a hint in influencing his latest work.

Yesterday, Drake gave a brief post just hours before the release of his album and fans were literally not ready for what he was about to serve them.
