James Kondilious Had No Underlying Conditions

The full of life 23-year-old had no underlying conditions but suffered from complications in the hospital. His family and friends took to social media to express their feelings and share some of their good memories with James.

One of the friends of James Kondilious shared his thoughts on the loss during this difficult time.

“I am so regretting that I didn’t take more photos with you, I am so regretting that I should hug you even harder when last time we saw each other,”

James Kondilious was an advanced science graduate who also participated in the powerlifting sport. He represented Australia in the powerlifting world championship in Finland and won a bronze medal for it in 2015.

NSW Implementing New Restrictions

Due to the rising number of infections in the NSW, the Premier sought to bring new restrictions in place. James was also one of the 11 people who reportedly passed on recently. The other patients were aged 50 and upward. James would be the youngest covid among the other covid deaths in the group thus far.

The young sportsman grew up in Sydney and attended high school at Waverly College. After completing high school, James Kondilious enrolled in the Australian National University in where he completed an advanced science degree. He was awarded a national science award prize in 2019.

Taking Covid-19 Seriously

James Kondilious and his passing sparked talks of getting vaccinated and taking the coronavirus seriously as the coronavirus has taken away a young and healthy individual who has been fully vaccinated. The Covid-19 virus at this time, should not be taken very lightly.

“Yesterday was a reminder that this battle with Covid we have all been a part of for the last few years is not something to be taken lightly as even the healthiest people can be taken far too young,”

New restrictions will be implemented later today as the virus infections continue to rise. Currently, the NSW Premier has urged people to socialize a little less and to obey the rules of not dancing and singing in clubs. More rules will follow suit.

James Kondilious’ funeral will be held on the 13th of January.
