Instead, he speaks about patterns of human behaviour and his personal journey as undeniable proof of his success.

That practical philosophy has propelled Brandon into one of Australia’s closely watched young entrepreneurs. His company, “Where U?”, has surged to national attention for its approach to scaling service-based businesses. In 2025, Willington earned formal recognition when he won the Marketing category of the Australian Young Entrepreneur Awards, placing him among the country’s breakout business talents.

Willington’s path to entrepreneurship was unconventional and far from smooth. He has been candid about his early career, describing it as a period of late-night DJ gigs marked by regular alcohol and substance abuse. He openly discussed his struggle with alcoholism and his subsequent transition from the nightclub life to the aspiring entrepreneur in an appearance on the “Roadshow podcast.”

Brandon is quickly becoming one of Australia’s most promising entrepreneurs, a true rising star. His transformation from a DJ to a successful entrepreneur has cemented his status as a highly skilled, prominent leader throughout Australia.

As far as rising entrepreneurs go, Willington may be one of the country’s most promising stories.
