Betty White Remembered: Here’s how her life was celebrated

Betty White was both an actress and a comedian. She was beloved by everyone and will remain a treasure. Unfortunately, she died three weeks right before her birthday.

Just days before his own death, Bob Saget paid tribute to Betty White and all she meant to him. Everyone best knew her through the popular show called Golden Girls.

So, to get any rumors out of the way, Betty White did not die of Covid-19. In fact, she spent most of her time in her home doing crossword puzzles. So the pandemic did not affect her in that way. But how did she die? is the question one is first likely to ask. 

Just six days before Betty White’s passing, she suffered a stroke. According to those close to her, she was still very coherent afterward. As a result, Betty White died of natural causes.

A Celebration of Betty White’s Life

In the ten days before her passing, Betty did an interview in where she gave her life tips to her fans. The Film was also initially called a birthday celebration but was then later changed to a tribute. Producers were trying to figure out if they were to continue doing the film and Betty’s team encouraged it to continue. 

Ever since, the star’s passing, producers have had to cut out some parts of the film that didn’t quite work anymore. According to Daily Mail, the film previously had A-list celebrities singing happy birthday to Betty White. This was about 7-8 minutes long according to the producers. The sequel eventually had to be taken out. This includes an interview question on what life without Betty would look like. 

The film for Betty was initially titled, Betty White: 100 years young – A birthday celebration and has since been renamed. This special production was in theatres on the 17th of January for one day only to commemorate her life.
