Aussie journo stands by his damning assessment of Donald Trump, that he has “no capacity to lead the world” [WATCH]

The journalist who perfectly encapsulated what most Australians and so many people around the world think of Donald Trump has spoken to the US media about his two minutes of Trumpified fame.

If you havent seen it already, ABC (Australia) reporter Chris Uhlmann delivered this searing assessment of the US president’s performance at the G20 meeting in Germany last weekend.

In it, Uhlmann pulls no punches, coming to the conclusion that the so-called ‘leader of the free world’ has abdicated that very role, saying the isolated and friendless Trump had “no desire and no capacity to lead the world.”

The report went viral in the United States and around the world within hours. Check it out:

“We learned that Donald Trump has pressed fast forward on the decline of the United States as a global leader,” Uhlmann says.

“He managed to isolate his nation, to confuse and alienate his allies, and to diminish America. He will cede that power to China and Russia.”

By the end of the summit, Uhlmann says it was a G19, rather than a G20.

Following the report, some in the US media – incredulous enough at the ongoing behaviour of their scandal ridden president – asked Uhlmann to confirm his assessment.

“Well it was certainly the way that I saw it,” Uhlmann told MSNBC.

“And it was the way that a lot of other delegations saw it, as we had conversations, obviously, around what was going on at the G20.”
