Deadly dance between a Blue Tongue lizard and King Brown snake [VIDEO]

It takes two to tango, and in Australia’s desert Outback the dancefloor can be as hot as it is deadly.

This awesome video captures the moment a Blue Tongue lizard is confronted by one of the world’s most (some say THE most) aggressive and deadliest snakes, the King Brown.

No prizes for guessing who leads this dance of death, but old Bluey has a few killer moves of its own.

Blue Tongue fact: They are more correctly called Blue Tongue skinks

King Brown fact: They are not a true brown snake, but are a member of the ‘black snake’ genus. Black snake anti-venom can be used to treat human victims of its bite which is so deadly because it delivers up to 15 times the volume of other well know venomous snakes.
