Depp vs Heard has caught the attention of many for the past six weeks. As the court case is wrapping up, the jury is deliberating on one important question.

Closing arguments for the Depp vs Heard trial

Right now, the defamation trial dubbed Depp vs Heard is far from over as the jury is yet to give an official verdict on the case. One thing to keep in mind is that they are considering Amber Heard’s op-ed written for the Washington Post.

What does this mean? Well, it might mean that the verdict will come in favor of Johnny Depp. So far, the jury has asked the judge about the op-ed written by Amber Heard.

Thus far, it is reported that the jury will focus on the headline for the op-ed written by Amber Heard. The jury will deliberate on whether the headline is true or false. It is under this premise that could win Johnny the case.

A potential win for Johnny Depp

To date, Johnny Depp’s lawyers have made their closing statements that to some extent will determine the decision for the Depp vs Heard trial.

The lawyers for Depp shared that the court’s decision would send a message “every victim of domestic abuse everywhere.”. Heard’s lawyers shared that “No matter how honest you are about your own imperfections and your own shortcomings in a relationship, you have to be perfect in order for people to believe you. Don’t send that message,”

According to 7News, if the jury reaches a verdict based on the headline, things are looking pretty good for Johnny. The Depp vs Heard trial should now be at a close soon enough.

“The law and the op-ed weren’t mathing. After seeing six weeks of this trial, I understand why they chose to take this to trial and I see that Johnny Depp has the potential to win.
