SO, you’ve made it to Homelanz, one of the biggest Antipodean festivals to hit London. And you’re loving the Aussie and Kiwi music on the main stage. But you’re starting to get a wee bit hungry. And what’s that — you’re dying for a drink? Well, we’ve got a sneak peak preview to just a few of the stalls and businesses that will be there on the day to cater for your every need. Enjoy!

JUMBUCK’S
If you are craving a decent pie, Jumbuck‘s to the rescue! Jumbuck’s (from Shepherds Bush) is owned and run by Aussies and all their pies are handmade with lots of Aussie passion. There’s nine different flavours including Peppered Steak, Chicken & Veggie, and their best seller, the Bush Ranger Delux, packed full of minced beef, mashed potato, bacon and cheese.

HELL PIZZA
HELL Pizza has been ‘providing oral pleasure since 1996’. This is a 666% original concept created in Wellington, NZ and now apparently spreading like HELLfire around the globe.

AUSWINE ONLINE
Auswine Online specialise in importing wines from Australia, with a focus on boutique vineyards and wineries producing small volumes of often Award winning wines. They will be featuring their Flametree and Amelia Park wines at Homelanz, and rumor has it that you are in for a real treat when you try these.

THE ANTIPODEAN SOMMELIER
The Antipodean Sommelier is a New Zealand owned, UK based wine importing company with the philosophy to source outstanding boutique producers from each major wine growing region of New Zealand. They’re sure to have some of the best plonk around ready to quench your thirst.

THE BLACK LION
BThis Hammersmith pub is run by a Kiwi called Buzz who has “been running English pubs for too long to mention” Apparently he’s a bit of a chef and a wine fanatic and will be showcasing and experimenting with some of his food at Homelanz. Watch out for his fish and chips with green lip mussels.

THE AUSTRALASIAN RECRUITMENT COMPANY
Enjoying the tunes but worried about the fact that when Monday swings around, you still don’t have a job? Well, we’re told the Australasian Recruitment Company provides temporary, contract and permanent recruitment services. Their consultants will be out and about in the Village helping Aussies and Kiwis get the most out of their London life.
