Bridgerton season 3 is well underway with cast member sharing a short clip of themselves noting the coming of the new season.
Netflix series Bridgerton announces they’ve begun filming
Thus far, Netflix will be welcoming the Bridgerton cast for another round. With some new additions to come too.
Presently, Nicola Coughlan shared that season 3 will indeed focus on the love story of Colin Bridgerton and the infamous Penelope Featherington who is secretly lady whistledown.
In season two, Penelope Featherington was unfortunately revealed to be Lady Whistledown. By her friend Eloise Bridgerton. However, the public is yet to find out who she really is.
Currently, fans would like to see how their relationship pans out. Evidently, their friendship is on the rocks.
According to People, the synopsis for season 3 notes that Colin and Penelope will be spending a lot of time together. So much so that Colin needs to rethink if he really views Penelope as a friend if not something more.

So far, the love story between Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington is not explored until the fourth series of the book. But the series is taking a different approach from the book.
Right now, there are at least four new additions to the Bridgerton clan. As three new eligible bachelors will turn heads of the ladies while Francesca will be replaced by another actress.

While there are a lot of changes, Bridgerton season 2 exceeded our expectations. So we can only assume that season 3 will be one to watch! Sadly, season three won’t be available on Netflix until 2023.
As many watched Penelope Featherington hid her feelings for Colin for the past two seasons. It’s probably about time, we see how their love story pans out.
