Right now, Kevin had firmly denied these accusations and hoped to clear his name in court. The actor has also expressed his dismay with the court case moving forward.

“While I am disappointed with their decision to move forward, I will voluntarily appear in the UK as soon as can be arranged and defend myself against these charges, which I am confident will prove my innocence,”

Thus far, the three victims are said to be in their 40s and 30s respectively. Currently, the charges relate to an incident that dates back from 2005 to 2008 with another taking place in 2013.

Since the sexual assault allegations, as well as charges, came to light, Netflix subsequently dropped Kevin Spacey from the popular tv series House of Cards. The show would then be completed without him as a result.

Oscar-winning actor’s fame comes to a halt

On Thursday, the Oscar-winning Kevin Spacey will appear in Westminster Magistrates court for the first time to proceed with the latest developments.

According to CNN, the court case is proceeding due to the evidence found by the Metropolitan police. These findings came under review by the Crown Prosecution Service which ultimately led to the case moving forward.
