Late-night tube, late-night socials – Thinking Bob goes 24/7

For a generation accustomed to using dating sites to meet loved ones, this is a friendship site to meet liked ones.

London is a 24/7 cosmopolitan city, and from the early hours of 12 September, the city will have a tube timetable to match its thriving nightlife.

Yes, the late-night tubes mean Londoners no longer need to brave the night bus and they can enjoy last orders without the manic run to the tube. But the real reason to celebrate is that Londoners can now enjoy late-night socials with Thinking Bob.

Thinking Bob is an online and offline social network, which brings people together through events to help Londoners and those new to the city meet people with similar interests – and are on the same page as them. It’s essentially a real-life social community that combines the network of social media with the experience of social events.

For a generation accustomed to using dating sites to meet loved ones, this is a friendship site to meet liked ones.

Famed for creative, quirky and thoroughly enjoyable events such as Bob-hemian Rhapsody, The Music Quiz; Wheel of Bobtune; CityImpro’s Bullshit Tour at the Victoria and Albert Museum; Nooks and Corners of the City Walking Tour; Thinking Bob summer barbeque and retro sports day, Thinking Bob is the perfect curator of Londoners’ late nights.

Dubbed as London’s ‘smart’ social club, Thinking Bob is not a dating app that creates matches based on someone’s aesthetics or how often you’ve crossed paths with them. Instead, it’s designed to help Londoners meet people on the same wavelength – connecting people through fun events and socials.

And Thinking Bobbers can meet new friends and enjoy new events for less than their dating counterparts. Thinking Bob members enjoy all the online chat and interaction and a host of events and socials every month, all from just £15 a month (with a £1 initial trial month).

On average there are more than 55 events and socials every month for Bobbers to chose from. All socials and events are open to members only. Thinking Bob is a growing community of 6,500 members across London, all meeting regularly for socials and events in the city.
