The Q: Exciting New Venue will be Transformational for Queensland

Rafael Nadal has continued to be consistent in the Australian Open Tournament thus far. Could he earn the Australian Open title this time around?

Well, since Rafael Nadal has earned himself a fourth spot in the Australian Open so far, this might be in the cards for him if he remains consistent. With the nine-time champion, Noval Djokovic absent from the Australian Open this time around, Rafael might just have a shot at earning the title this time. But, time will tell.

Rafael Nadal taking the trophy home this time?

Presently, Rafael Nadal would be playing at a tournament level for the first time in a while since his foot injury in August. During his match with Karen Khachanov, any sign of this injury was not visible as Rafael sought to make the best out of his match.

“I have gone through some very tough times over the past year, But nights like tonight mean everything. I keep fighting and going every day. I put a lot of effort in to be back with where I am today, so I am happy.”

Now, Nadal had almost lost his stance when he lost two serves in his match. However, he made a comeback by fiercely fighting back. Now, just an interesting fact. Rafael Nadal might be the second player behind Novak Djokovic to win all four majors at least twice.

According to 7News, Nadal’s last title at Melbourne Park came in 2009. He made the final four times since but left empty-handed each time.
