“This is an amazing wall. From now on, no more mariachis interrupting dinner.” So declares this fictional (or not so fictional?) Donald Trump as he opens his ‘great wall’ in this mad advert for 360fly.
The bizarre promo for the camera which captures a ‘yuge’ 360 degree perspective was dreamt up and Trumped up by Australian-born 360fly CEO Peter Adderton.
The advert has, according to Australia’s Ten News, been banned by the three major American television networks: ABC, NBC, and CBS.
Apparently it’s ok for the Donald to lampoon and disparage mexicans, disabled people, muslims and women on prime time television to stoke nationalism and sell fear, but not so ok to lampoon him to sell cameras.
Ahh, America.
In the meantime, it’s garnered almost 18 million views.
