NSW Re-opens the State after passing the double vaccination target

After what may seem like an eternity of restrictions, the NSW slowly re-opens the state. Continue reading below to find out more.

As the coronavirus put the world at a standstill, the state is slowly opening up to bring things back to what they once were. The decision comes as most of the population has been vaccinated and therefore protected.

Gatherings have been permitted to a larger extent. As a result, more freedom will be enjoyed.

Furthermore, schools are set to have their students back full-time. So, moms, you finally have a break!

The NSW further notes that “Vaccinations are the key to turning life back to normal, and changes today will help family and friends reconnect, get kids back to school, and get business back up and running sooner”. We cannot agree more.

Due to restrictions being eased, vigilance should be on high alert.

Other protocols considered are funerals and gatherings. These have been permitted to 100 people at funerals and 30 people at gatherings. Sounds reasonable?

In closing, It is worth considering the difficult year that has shown us that we are resilient. Remaining positive on what’s to come next is all we can hope for and as the NSW re-opens the state, we should take care to be mindful of struggles others may have been facing and lend a helping hand.
