Take a Hike with the Buddies

You can gather up your adrenaline seeking buddies and set up a hiking trip to the nearby hill on a great weekend. You can pack a lunch and hike up the hill and continue the hike until the sunset. It is a great way to add some Instagram worthy pictures to your collections.

Head Out To Play a Sport

If you are another sports fan gather up some friends and hit the nearby playground. There are communities that come with playgrounds replete with tennis courts, basketballs courts and more. You can even visit a nearby golf course with the rest of the golf fans that you know. If you are not familiar with golf you can request instructions from a trainer. There is nothing more exciting than taking up a new sport.

Go Camping With the Pals

Gather up a few friends and camp out in the nearby campsite. If you are not the type to sleep in a sleeping bag among the wildlife, you can easily resort to easy and quick campervan hire. You can even take a trip to the countryside in the camper. The best thing about the camper is that it is a great way to conk out whenever you want with some great flavours you made on the way.

Get In Touch With Your Adrenaline Junkie

You can try out different extreme activities for once. Try out water rafting or even boat riding. It is a great exercise as well as a great activity you would remember for years to come. Bring together some other friends you who would love a challenge or two and an exciting weekend.

Get On To Your Mountain Bike

This is a great for cardio and it is a great to enjoy some fresh air as well as some sun. This is much better than just staying in and getting on to your treadmill. You can have a little cheat time when you top the ride off with a delicious burger and some ice cream.

Get On To Your Surf Board

What is living in Australia and not taking your surf board on an extreme ride? If you cannot gather up some friends you can do it by yourself on a great day with irresistible waves. This is a great exercise for those who like to keep an eye on their physique.

Try Out Bungee Jumping

Another exhilarating activity, this is definitely something every adrenaline junkie would love to cross off from their bucket list. Bungee jumping will be easy if you are located in a populous region like Brisbane. You can even take it up a notch and bring your cameras to video the entire jump. It will definitely be YouTube worthy!

Do Some Charity Work

Just as swimming or visiting a nature park can lighten up your weekend, giving away some of the stuff that are cluttering the insides of your place will cheer you up too. You can even volunteer in a soup kitchen. It is definitely food for the soul.
