According to previous reports, Judy Huth first claimed that the sexual abuse took place in 1974 but later confirmed that the timing was wrong and that it took place in 1975.

Presently, Cosby’s attorney feels that this is a huge win as the victim will no longer receive the $8 million she initially seeked.
“This is a huge victory and the Cosbys are so happy with the representation of Jennifer Bonjean. Allred was trying to get $8m. They did not get punitive damages. That is a huge win.”
