My five Autumn fashion must-haves

Just because we're in lockdown doesn't mean we can't dress up and still look and feel good about ourselves. Which is why I've put together my favourite pieces for the season.

Design Australia Group: Redefining Drafting as the engine of housing growth

Autumn is such a fantastic time of the year with so many earthy tones that can help you feel grounded but also brighten up your day! Take a look these 5 fashion pieces that I am loving to wear right now and that are perfect for the in-between weather. With these 5 items, you can create a stunning autumn capsule wardrobe.

Ripped Mum jeans

I am absolutely obsessed with ripped mum jeans right now! This time of the year I prefer denim in a lighter shade as it pairs well with your lighter colours and works well with layering with your thinner knits. This makes the perfect transitional wardrobe piece and can be worn super casual with your favourite vintage rock tee and sneakers, or dress it up with a stylish high neck blouse and heels.

The biker leather jacket

Add style to any outfit and cover up with an essential piece to any wardrobe – the leather biker jacket. Wear it over cute dresses, or with an oversized tee and your favourite activewear leggings. This fashion piece will make any look more effortlessly stylish.

Sneakers

Not only is the athleisure trend fabulous, but it’s also super comfy (love). You can totally incorporate sneakers into your everyday look, and even pair it with your most formal outfit, as we have seen on our favourite celebs lately. Whether you are a Gucci sneaker girl or a Nike Airforce One  – you can rock absolutely any pair with just about anything in your wardrobe. I’m completely obsessed with Frankie4 sneakers, a brand that combines style with heavenly comfort.

The Shirtdress

This everyday trend is perfect for the autumn in-between weather. Wear it loose and comfy with your favourite pair of on-trend sneakers, or wear it with a waist belt and ankle boots for something slightly dressier. A fabulous shirt dress can take you straight from the office to date night with a change in shoes and accessories.

The Scarf

Style up your look by accessorising with a fabulous scarf.  This is the perfect way to not only cover up more when the cooler days approach but by adding a  scarf you can incorporate your favourite print (for me always leopard), colour or your favourite designer to your everyday look.
