Kate Moss, Johnny Depp’s former lover took to the stand on Wednesday. That is, to clear up rumors that Depp pushed her down a flight of stairs.

Model Kate Moss testifies she was never pushed or kicked by Johnny Depp

Previously, Amber Heard testified that Johnny and her sister Whitney had an altercation close to a flight of stairs. So far, in this testimony, Heard shared that she remembered rumors about Kate Moss being pushed down a flight of stairs.

Sadly, for Heard, this opened the door for Kate Moss to be brought in as a witness by Johnny Depp’s countersuit. While sharing her four-minute testimony, Kate clarified that this was not the case.

“We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did and there had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slipped down the stairs and I hurt my back,”

Right now, everything Kate Moss said has debunked anything related to Heard’s testimony about her. Now, information about Johnny Depp as an abusive partner to Moss is untrue. By far, this is a big win for Johnny.

The media are hoping Moss and Depp get back together again

Thus far, Johnny Depp has sued Amber Heard for an opinion piece she wrote about him for the Washington Post. The actor claims that this piece cost him his career and defamed him. Right now, Depp is suing Heard for US50 million for defaming him.

In a countersuit, Heard is suing Depp for US100 million in claims that she suffered domestic abuse at the hands of Johnny Depp.
