Jennifer Monness on the Importance of Virtual Parenting Support

Worrying and stressing over things big and small becomes a routine task. This is where Jennifer takes charge of being a guiding light for all the mothers out there. She is the creator of Mo’ Mommies, a safe haven for all new moms. Once she formed this online resource, she co-founded a physical play space called Union Square Play. Union Square Play created a virtual community that extends support to every mother in the world.

Jennifer Monness used her years of experience working with kids in assisting mothers with their parenting journey. “COVID-19 has brought everything to a standstill, but the life of a mom goes on. Now, more than ever, caregivers require assistance. With a platform like P+ by Union Square Play,, virtual parenting becomes a life line. “ Parents, mostly moms, can openly share their doubts and concerns here, and can expect a community to respond back and even vetted experts.” explains Jennifer.

With Mo’ Mommies launching at the start of motherhood, Jennifer used to post regular updates about her journey as a mom on social media. Through her platform she met a mom in one of the mom’s groups she ran and they talked about how much a community was needed at the start of motherhood. Together, with a third partner,  they understood how important it was to make experience meet anxiety. Monness, and partners Sandra DiCapua and Anthony Rudolf created the physical space called Union Square Play. The community has now grown into a rich learning experience for everyone on board. At times, more than mothers, their partners trust the platform for parenting needs.

Jennifer, and her team, have successfully established the importance of virtual parenting in recent times. During the pandemic, they  ensured every parent was taken care of. The P+ by Union Square Play platform relentlessly offers its support to every single mom within the community.
