The Idol: The Weeknd and Rose Depp in the HBO series

The Idol is a tv series that is currently produced by the makers of Euphoria. If you’re a lover of Euphoria, you’ll surely love this new show on HBO.

The Weeknd in The Idol

Right now, The Idol is one show that screams insanity not that Euphoria did not give this energy. But perhaps fans are ready for some more drama.

Thus far, the new series will include The Weeknd as the main man as well as a club owner who is also part of cult. Already, this screams trouble and the recent trailer exceptionally delivers this message.

At one point, one character screams more more, orgy and it is quite telling that there is too much going on in the series. Things might get a little ugly so this is not for the faint-hearted.

Series release date and more

To date, The Weeknd will be starring in his role and debuting as an actor for the new series The Idol. The singer has been making his mark in the music industry. But, it seems the singer is now dipping his feet entirely in the entertainment industry.

Following in the footsteps of her father, Rose Depp plays the love interest of the infamous club owner and is seen as a complete outsider. Pretty much miserable already without The Weeknds character.

As reported by GQ, there is currently no official release date for the series and the current trailer will leave viewers waiting in anticipation for its release. Rest assured, The Idol will be quite something to watch.

Thus far, the show is set to incorporate tons of drugs sex and toxic relationships. Need I say more?
