Chris Hemsworth breaks in to top 5 list of Hollywood leading men

Thor, God of Gold: Aussie hunk Chris Hemsworth has cracked the Forbes List top 5 highest paid male actors. Also, top 50 Aussie actors and entertainers list.

According to the a new Forbes List, hammer wielding Australian actor Chris Hemsworth takes 5th position, behind fellow super hero Ironman, aka Robert Downey Jnr, in top spot for top earning male actors.

Forbes reported that the buff and blonde Hemsworth banked around US$37 million the past year compared to Downey’s US$75 million.

Hemsworth’s earnings this year, up from $7.5 million last year, puts him on par with fellow Australian leading man hunky X-Men star Hugh Jackman who last year topped the list of best earning Australian celebrities with a net worth of US$46.8 million.
