A good summary target is your successful placement

Virtually every resume contains the target. And the first problem for which “clings” view recruiter is resume target. What and how to write a resume in this section? How to formulate the goal so that the recruiter's interest and get invitations to interview?

EMPLOYERS receive a lot of resumes and the target is on the first page, so they pay attention to it. As a rule, the average resume target is as follows: Getting a specialist using these skills and acquire new ones. Or this: Getting office under status in the company working in the field of security. And any recruiter having read a set of common phrases, ask himself “What is he talking about?” And don’t find an answer. Given that the vacancies in the recruiter can be up to 50 pieces (my personal record – 72 per month), not every recruiter in record time is able to match the goal with a list of open positions. So resume goes to the basket.

Let’s think again, why our summary paragraph 1 is “Target”.

Correct answer is briefly telling the employer who sent him and why resume. And so the employer impatiently read the following paragraphs. Important thing is the goal should not take half summary: “Getting a chief accountant or deputy chief accountant. Achieving the best results, in office using personal qualities, having the knowledge and experience that contributes to the dynamic development of the company and business, as well as allow me to put their abilities to acquire new knowledge, enhance personal well-being and social status”. This is too much and that’s enough half.

The second important thing is you should aim to sell and not to talk about your interests: “The desire to increase the professional level in a stable dynamic company” or “Getting a position that will enable me to apply the appropriate skills and acquire new knowledge with the possibility”. So leaders need to hurry up , find an interesting young man better jobs and wages , provide career growth – that’s just not clear what good purpose for it , the employer should it wish. That in exchange for all employers’ benefits he will get? Specialist, unable even grammatical errors in your own resume to deduct? We’ll get along.  You see, the company is more important than you may be useful to it than what it is you want for yourself. Therefore it is important to build your tactics so that the employer knew what benefits he receives and prospects, taking you to work, and he will not invest in you to meet your expectations.

Therefore, from an employer’s perspective, it is better to hire such a specialist, “Get promising jobs treasury specialist with the possibility of further growth to realize their ambitions and knowledge to apply 10 years of experience in banking employee in a new, more interesting work.” At least from the objectives are clearly understood what level specialist what kind of job seeking. And the details – lower work experience.

The better and more correctly you write goal the higher the interest in a meeting with you. So do not neglect an opportunity to differentiate their resume flow of candidates. Serious pursuit of a goal is a truly half the battle in achieving it.
