Record Tag Rugby Early Summer Season
The Early Summer Tag Rugby season in London & Reading, this season is already the biggest on record.

DESPITE the rain and cold weather around for the kick off of the Early Summer Tag Rugby season in London & Reading, this season is already the biggest on record.
There are currently 110 teams registered with the following competitions still to commence; Highbury Ladies (08/05), West Ham,White City (09/05), Acton ,Canada Water and Reading (14/05). The previous record season was Spring 2012 in which 94 teams were competing across London.
It’s still not too late to get amongst the Early Summer Tag Rugby action with the following competitions in need of extra players; Canada Water & Southfields (both Thurs).
Meanwhile, due to popular demand, Try Tag Rugby will be running one more free Ladies day Tag Rugby session. This session will be held at Paradise Park in Highbury on Tuesday, 15th May. The Ladies day sessions are free ladies coaching sessions put on by Try Tag Rugby so female players can work on their skills, increase their tag rugby knowledge and most importantly, have a good time. All players welcome.
There are tickets still available to attend the IRB London 7s with Try Tag Rugby which takes place on Saturday, 12th May at Twickenham Stadium. There will be a group of 40 of the London Tag Rugby community heading out to the 7s and it will no doubt be a great social outing.
If you would like to get involved in one of the fastest growing sports in London, new team and individual registrations are welcome. This is a great chance to develop a network of friends if you are new to London.
