Julie Bishop stares down Chaser Chas
As the election campaign heads into week three, Australia’s attention has turned to the big questions on the minds of voters like: what’s going on with Greens Senator Christine Milne’s garden water feature and how to battle Julie Bishop’s infamous death stare.

Yes, such pressing issues on the Australian voting agenda means the Chaser boys are back on Aussie television.
They invited Julie Bishop to appear in their promo for the new Chaser election special show Yes We Canberra!, which launched on ABC Television on Wednesday night.

After 20 seconds of being stard down by the deputy Liberal leader, troublemaker Chas Licciardello gave up saying Bishop was “too powerful”.
“Viewers should not try this at home,” Ms Bishop said during the contest, never breaking the stare.
Ms Biship’s stare became a hot topic after she glared a heckler during a taping of ABC news program
Q&A earlier this year.
The comedians bounced back from last year’s controversial War series with an audience of just under 1.5 million.
However, Wil Anderson’s
Gruen Nation delivered the ABC’s highest ratings result of the year, with 1.6 million viewers tuning an hour before their premiere nationally.
