The pub, nestled in a cosy spot just up from the river at Temple has been home to Steinlager and Speights lovers for many weekends providing London with an abundant supply of Kiwi beer.

They are having one last hurrah this Friday and Saturday with celebrations kicking off with live music on Friday evening from 7.30pm onwards.

Opening again from 10.30am on Saturday for the All Blacks vs Australia match, pub worker Jacinta Sheridan said the doors will close when punters have drunk the place dry.

“Its going to be sad to see the pub close down but come on down for one last pint,” she said.

“Hope to see you all there!”

The best thing; pies are only £1.50 each!
