  1. Bottled Water is Purer than Tap Water

  1. Bottled Water Causes Tooth Decay

Bottled water does not lead to tooth decay directly. Bottled water is void of fluorides, which is why it cannot prevent tooth decay. On the other hand, tap water has fluorides added to it, so it can prevent tooth decay, since fluoride is important for the mineralization of teeth and bone. With the increase in the consumption of bottled water, there has been an increase in the number of people suffering from tooth decay. However, drinking bottled water does not directly cause tooth decay.

Tap water, is in many ways, more beneficial than bottled water. It’s not only a healthier choice but also cuts down unnecessary expenses and pressures on the environment.
